We’re also proud to say that Rich’s Auto Body Shop was one of the first collision repair shops to take part in AAA’s Direct Repair Network system, which began in 1997. Entrance to this program is allowed only to repair shops judged capable of performing repairs meeting and exceeding AAA’s high standards. Currently there is twenty direct repair auto body shops located in San Francisco and we are one of only three AAA Premiere facility shops, and have been for the last year.

From door dings to fender benders to frame damage, we can take care of it for you! Rich’s Auto Body can fix up your car, truck or van regardless of year, make or model. That’s because our skilled technicians are a combined 100 years of experience in auto body work! Besides this extensive experience, our staff is I-CAR trained and employ SHARK Computerized Vehicle Diagnosis and Standox Finishing systems. All our work is performed at our new facility on Potrero Ave, with hundreds of thousands of dollars in new equipment in a space twice the size of our original garage.
Rich
As a native San Franciscan, Rich has been invovled with collision repair for over 40 years! He has advanced I-CAR certification and served as I-CAR District Chairman of San Francisco City from 1998 to 2000. After extensive training, apprenticeship, and hands-on experience, Rich opened up his own small body shop on Folsom Street in 1982. Ever since then, Rich has been commited to providing quality work at affordable prices to vehicle owners from all over the San Francisco Bay Area.
